Resources and Outputs

As part of the TRANSPEER project, several outputs were produced which may be of interest to researchers and research support staff at other universities. These range from training resources for researchers of all career stages and disciplines to surveys of researcher employability across Europe. They are all currently, or will shortly become, freely available for use by any interested parties and can be downloaded below.

Research pitching session. Karlstad, Sweden, October 2019.

The TRANSPEER workshop packages, based on the project’s pilot programme, can be used under a free licence, but we ask that both TRANSPEER and the Erasmus+ scheme are acknowledged and that you contact the project coordinator (GIO@kau.se) to enable us to monitor the project’s ongoing impact.

The project’s resources include:

  • The TRANSPEER researcher employability Workshop Packages. These are materials based on the four national pilot workshops held during the project, and include slide decks, facilitator notes and materials for group exercises and individual tasks.
  • The SK4e MOOC, which serves as an online platform for the training programme, with key content drawn from the pilot workshops.
  • The TRANSPEER Good Practice Report on researcher employability and international cooperation among research support staff. This combines broad overviews of the employment landscape for early career researchers in TRANSPEER partner countries with reports from the pilot workshops and recommendations for the development of future cooperation among research support staff.
  • A journal article, published in Studies in Graduate and Postdoctoral Education, detailing the background to the project, the issues it sought to tackle and an analysis of the surveys carried out on the participating cohort of researchers during the training programme.
